**About Exchange Sublet**

Exchange Sublet is a student-built marketplace solving a real problem: making subletting apartments seamless, trusted, and scalable for students going abroad. We’ve launched our MVP and are now focused on building core infrastructure, improving UX, and scaling across campuses.

We’re looking for strong, motivated developers to help build and scale our marketplace. You’ll work directly with the founders and CTO on product-critical features that ship to real users.This is an ownership role. You will have real responsibility, real impact, and real equity.We’re less focused on years of experience and more on ability and mindset.

**What You’ll Work On**

Depending on your strengths, you may work on:

• Core marketplace features

• Payments and transaction flows

• Ranking, search, and trust systems

• Frontend UI/UX improvements

• Backend architecture and APIs

• Performance, reliability, and security
