**Job Description** **What We Offer**

**Responsibilities** **Safety**

- Ensure that health and safety guidelines are always followed while working within the facility, including and not limited to the operation of heavy equipment (floor scrubber, etc.). - Meet the expectations of all Irving Personal Care employees in following site and enterprise-wide policies and procedure - Actively promote an autonomous and compassionate safety culture

**Quality Assurance Management**

- Perform routine and non-routine sample testing on production lines using specified methods; verify and accurately report results in systems such as PARCview and ITOP. - Identify and act on abnormal results, promptly engaging Operations and Quality leadership to resolve issues; support Hold process for non-conforming products. - Conduct quality audits and supports Operator Quality Workmanship Certification and development trials. - Supports quality documentation and compliance, including calibration/verification of equipment, raw material inspections, and track-and-trace activities. - Facilitate sample requests and interlaboratory testing, ensuring timely mock-ups, shipping, and collaboration on quality improvement initiatives.

**Audit Compliance Support**

- Assist in preparation and maintenance of BRCGS audit evidence packs, including document control, training records, calibration certificates, and clause mapping. - Conduct internal GMP audits using standardized checklists; document findings, assign corrective actions, and track closure. - Participate in mock audits and readiness reviews; maintain CAPA register and ensure timely closure.

**Round Robin & Method Validation**

- Coordinates round robin testing for QA technicians; ensure blind sample distribution and unbiased execution. - Perform GRR (Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility) studies and report findings; initiate retraining if bias or variation exceeds limits. - Maintain method validation documentation for all QA test methods.

**Statistical Analysis & Reporting**

- Collect and validate QA data for statistical analysis. - Develop and maintain control charts (Xฬ„-R, I-MR) and monitor process stability. - Calculate and report Cp/Cpk for critical-to-quality parameters; escalate when capability falls below targets. - Prepare and publish weekly capability reports and recommend corrective actions for process centering.

**Document Control & Training**

- Maintain SOP master list with revision history and controlled distribution. - Audit training records for QA and Operations teams; ensure 100% compliance for quality-related procedures.

**Calibration & Verification**

- Manage calibration schedules and verification logs for QA equipment. - Ensure traceability of calibration certificates; perform impact assessments for out-of-tolerance equipment.

**Risk Management**

- Support PFMEA updates and maintain CTQ register. - Participate in root cause analysis for quality deviations using structured problem-solving tools (5-Why, Ishikawa).

**5S**

- Adheres to IPCโ€™s 5S program which includes the standards to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety at the facility. In addition, it outlines the audit program including zones, frequencies, and responsibilities.

**Qualifications**- Education Required: College Diploma, science preferred Years of Experience Required: <2 years- Knowledge of and testing experience in a laboratory environment - Basic understanding of statistics (control charts, Cp/Cpk, GRR). - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas). - Strong documentation and organizational skills. - Familiarity with quality systems (BRCGS/GFSI) and GMP principles. - Exposure to PFMEA and HACCP concepts. - Ability to analyze data and present findings clearly **About Us** Founded in 1882, J.D.
