**About The Opportunity** We are seeking a technical AI Product Intern to support our GenAI and AI Agent product initiatives. In this role, you will work directly with the AI product team to develop prototypes that spark future product innovation, as well as help improve model performance, evaluate multilingual model output quality. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to help us evolve our product analytics capabilities in Pendo, and craft meaningful content in Confluence. This internship is ideal for a Computer Science or Engineering student with a passion for machine learning, AI, experimentation, and turning messy problems into working solutions. **What You’ll Get To Do**

- Build working demos in live code to communicate product opportunities - Create annotated datasets to improve our LLM-based systems - Assist with hands-on evaluation of multilingual model output - Develop and refine product analytics in Pendo and analyze product usage data in Pendo and Databricks to generate insights that inform our roadmap - Craft and refine meaningful content and documentation (e.g. Confluence) for broad stakeholder communications - Support our teams’ development workflows and experimentation infrastructure

**Skills And Experience We Value**

- Proven experience with machine learning, preferably GenAI or LLM applications - Experience with programming languages: Python and SQL, etc. - Comfort with tools such as (or similar to): Databricks, Pendo, Visual Studio, etc. - Entrepreneurial mindset: works with minimal guidance and solves their own problems - Ability to translate ambiguous tasks into clear outputs - Strong communication skills and curiosity about how product and ML intersect

**What Would Really Make You Stand Out**

- Front-end experience (React, Streamlit, etc.) for prototyping - Familiarity with multilingual NLP or localization tools - This internship is a chance to work on frontier tech with real-world applications and visibility.
