**About the Role**

We have an immediate full time employment opportunity for a PM Coordinator/Junior Business Analyst to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys both project coordination and technical problem solving. You will support a dedicated Delivery Team, run Agile ceremonies, help analyze business/technical requirements and ensure smooth communication across multiple groups.

**Responsibilities**

- Participate in daily standups, retrospectives and PI planning events - Coordinate and present demos of newly developed customer-facing features - Assist Business Lead with day-to-day coordination activities and ensure work items are clear, updated and aligned with business priorities - Maintain program dashboards, project trackers and other related documentation - Support release planning by ensuring all pre-release tasks are completed and release notes are ready - Participate in requirements gathering, clarification and documentation - Support Business and Technology groups with user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items - Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities - Help prepare functional documentation, process flows, diagrams and presentation material - Provide assistance/consultation to QA group with bugs analysis and test cases creation

**Qualifications**

- Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems or related field - 1-2 years working experience in IT/BA/PM/QA

**Required Skills**

- Basic understanding of SDLC concepts - Strong analytical mindset and problem solving attitude - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Interest in Agile Delivery (Scrum/Kanban/SAFE) - Ability to learn quickly and ask the right questions - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

**Preferred Skills**

- Exposure to Confluence/Jira or similar tools - Knowledge of user stories, epics and backlog management - Basic understanding of cloud or API concepts - Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD

**Pay range and compensation package**
