**Job Description** As a Jr. Data Analyst, Co-op, you will work as an integral member of the Reporting & Analytics team providing support administering, generating and developing various Business Intelligence solutions across the organization. Your role will consist of extracting data from the Canadian Data Warehouse, developing and streamlining reporting through automation, documenting reporting process and developing a centralized reporting inventory. This role will require a highly organized and dynamic thinker who can support multiple projects at one time. Find out more here about how you can unleash your full potential at DLL! **Day To Day**
- Generate, evaluate and analyze data and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and collaborate on data driven solutions - Provide analytical support to Reporting & Analytics Team - Develop documentation for reporting processes - Provide administrative support for Azure DevOps to assist in optimal performance of R&A team - Participate in data-related projects and initiatives - Create and maintain metadata documentation – data dictionaries, report catalogue, etc.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel - Passion and curiosity for data and/or Business Intelligence - Willingness to learn - Effective and concise communicator - Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, including root cause analysis - This would be an asset: Basic understanding of technical data concepts such as data types, data manipulation, data visualizations, and relational databases - Basic knowledge of SQL would be an asset - Must be enrolled in a post-secondary education co-op program. - Ability to work from home remotely/independently and in a virtual team environment as well as in-office. This position is a hybrid position which would require the student to come into office as required (approx. 2-3x per week).
