**Intern, Investment Analytics Engagement**

Interested in joining one of Canadaβs top performing asset managers? CC&L Financial Group is looking for an **Intern, Investment Analytics Engagement** to join our **Investment Analytics Team** for a 4-month term (May - August 2026). A dynamic, fast-paced work environment where opportunities for learning and growth are abound. Collaborate with **three distinct teams** of open-minded and forwarding looking professionals in the Investment Analytics space. You will have the ability to experience first-hand how investment analytics adds value across the Asset Management value chain and make an impact at CC&L through your expertise and analysis in business management.
**What You Will Do**
- You will have the opportunity to work as a business analyst across 3 teams within Investment Analytics. Under the guidance of the 3 managers, you will analyze business processes, data flows, and system interdependencies. - You will gather and analyze information, complete process maps, and help identify process improvement opportunities. - You will have the opportunity to collaborate with team members to define solutions that improve process efficiency and reduce operational risks - You will be given a large amount of autonomy and support to ensure success of this project. - In addition, you will research and summarize industry information for the IA management team.
**What You Bring**
The **I****ntern, Investment Analytics Engagement** position is geared toward students either in their third/fourth year of an undergraduate degree or MBA with a focus on Business Administration. We are seeking ambitious students with a strong academic track record, who are interested in making an impact in process efficiencies at CC&L.
In addition to the above, the successful candidate will have:
- Preference for students completing the 3rd year of an undergraduate degree with a strong academic track record - Have a basic understanding of business process design - Ability to work in an independent manner with minimal supervision - Ability to work collaboratively in a team and an inclusive environment with members at all levels of the firm. - Ability to breakdown and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis - Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, in English. - Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Engage or other process mapping applications preferrable
***The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 CDN annualized.*** ***The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.***
