**What You’ll Do**

- Collect, clean, and analyze structured datasets from multiple sources - Create reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal teams - Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions - Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements - Maintain data accuracy and documentation - Support ad hoc analysis and ongoing reporting needs

**What We’re Looking For**

- Experience with data analysis, reporting, or analytics (entry to intermediate level) - Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to explain data insights clearly to non-technical audiences - Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
