This position has a **hybrid work arrangement** . On average, this means **1 day on-site a week** . Please note that this is subject to change due to business priorities. ATB 101 is a 4 month work experience and engagement program with a summer intake! Our ATB 101 students play an integral role in the success of our business. The Voice of Client (VoC) program uses AI to process open text feedback from clients to help us deeply understand their experience and prioritize client experience improvements. We collect data from various sources, including call center and in person interactions and client surveys. This feedback is processed to extract category, sentiment, and emotion. It is then used to generate client experience insights through both direct analysis and an integration with Google’s Gemini. With this data, we can identify trends in client opinions for data-driven decisions that benefit both our clients and ATB. **As CX Metrics & Analytics Student** , you will support the Voice of Client (VoC) program leader in making it possible for our clients. The role will focus primarily on ensuring a quality data foundation via model training and validation, as well as scaling insights to key partner groups across ATB via automated Gemini reporting. Accountabilities
- Execute data cleaning and transformation. - Model tuning, maintenance, and QA (Develop / Fine-tune BERT Models (Topic & Sentiment), Version Control Code & Models (GitHub), Establish Model Evaluation Metrics & Benchmarking, Retrain Models (Schedule & Execution), Monitor Model Performance in Production, Troubleshoot Model Drift / Performance Issues). - Leverage established processes using Google Gemini to create VoC reports for target client groups.
**Skills, Experience & Requirements**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program OR postgraduate program. - Must be willing to work onsite at least 1 day a week at our Calgary Campus office. The remainder of the week can be spent working from home. - Strong process focus, proficiency in Python / SQL, experience with Machine Learning (focus on Natural Language Processing) / GCP products / GenAI (especially Gemini). - Have a strong sense of personal accountability. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and takes personal accountability to ensure that deliverables are of strong quality. - A curious mind, a person that is always asking why but is able to balance that with extremely strong execution. - Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
