- Apply knowledge of analytics software to extract, analyze, and model data for Advanced Analytics projects, supported by a leader and senior team members. - Run recurrent team processes to refresh prior models and tools developed by the Advanced Analytics team. - Work with leaders and senior team members to prepare and present high-quality deliverables to communicate project insights and influence the adoption of recommendations. - Conduct industry, demographic, and other consumer research to understand new data sources and applications of analytics, with support from more senior team members. - Respond to routine, ad-hoc requests of internal and external stakeholders. - Focus on innovation and process improvement to promote leading practice and efficiency across the organization.

**What You Bring**

- A university degree completed or in-progress in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, operations research, or a related discipline. - Knowledge of statistical and predictive modelling techniques - Strong communication (oral/written) and organizational skills. - Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems. - Strong programming skills, including efficient use of R, Python and SQL - Efficient use of Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, Access, VBA). - Preference will be given to third/fourth year students or recent graduates.

**About Us** This position is being posted to fill an existing vacancy. The hourly compensation for the role starts at $22.50 per hour and will increase based on factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, and the recommended rates as set by the respective educational institution.
